{Giving Thanks}

I hope everyone is enjoying the short week! I love Thanksgiving, can't wait to enjoy an amazing meal surrounded by family, and a weekend of football {GO UTES!} family, friends and SHOPPING! This is our year to be with Ed and Linda for Thanksgiving! I am excited because we are going to bring my favorite game (pictionary) over! I'm sure it will be a late night of fun so I think we will just stay the night instead of driving on the icy roads. Our fun starts tonight though, Tracy and I are taking Bailey and Brookie on a mommy-daughter date! We are taking them to dinner, buying them a Rapunzel princess doll, then taking them to see the movie tangled! How cute! They are soooo excited {and so am I!} This Saturday we are heading down to Provo to hang out with Lisa and Quin to celebrate Quin's 35th birthday and watch the U vs BYU game! Exciting! {GO UTES!!!!} We are also planning on getting our Christmas decorations up and maybe even go get a tree! My least favorite part of the weekend... at some point I have to write a 7 page SINGLE SPACED?!?! paper on organic chemistry...yuck! Other than that I am very excited for a fun filled weekend! We have SO MUCH to be thankful for!!!

I just had to add this picture! Linda put it up on facebook and it made me laugh so hard...Ed is starting to prepare the Turkey for Thanksgiving! HAHAHAHAHA! It is so funny to me because Ed always gets so into cooking, I can just see him getting all of this together, oh my it makes me laugh!
Last weekend Kayla, Danielle and I got together to do a fun little craft, we headed to lunch at chili's (again haha) then Michael's to get supplies then went to Kayla's house and made these cute Thanksgiving shirts for the kiddos to wear on Thanksgiving! They turned out really cute, although we definitely are not seasoned crafters! We were cracking up the whole time over how horrible we were! It was so fun though, Kayla made hot chocolate and we listened to Christmas music! The kids had so much fun playing together!
I didn't get any pictures of us actually crafting because I forgot my camera, but I took a picture of my finished product once I was home! Bailey, Tristin and Camden loved putting paint on their hands for the turkey! We decided we want to make a new one every year!

Happy Thanksgiving!!!!
