Happy Thanksgiving!!!

We had such a fun time for Bailey's first Thanksgiving! She was so much fun and such a mess. We put some mashed potato's and sweet potato's on her high chair table and she had so much fun playing with her food. After dinner we played a lot of guitar hero, well Chris and Lisa did. We tried to make it to a movie but Bailey was not having that so we left after about 10 minutes! We hope everyone had an awesome Thanksgiving!

The night before Thanksgiving we went over to Dave, Tiffany and Lisa's house and had such a fun time Bailey got to hang out with her girlfriend Madi... they are only 3 weeks apart and as cute as ever!!!

She's a little crawler!

Bailey is full on crawling all over the place! I can't believe she is such a big girl now. She just thinks she is the coolest thing ever too! She has been crawling a little bit for a couple weeks now but as of Sunday that is all she wants to do. We were at Nick and Tracy's house on Sunday watching football and Brooklyn and Ayla crawl like crazy, so I think it got Bailey to really want to do it! So here is a video of our little mobile girl. Ed's 50th surprise birthday party!!

Chris' Dad, Ed turns the big 5-0 next month so Linda threw a surprise party for him on Saturday. It was a 20's Speak Easy party so everyone dressed up in their 20's attire. It was so much fun to see all the flappers and gangsters at the party! We had so much fun!

We're alive I promise!

Sorry I haven't posted for a while. I am just a little overwhelmed in mommy world. B is teething (I think!!) And so she is super cranky and refuses to take her bottle, so between trying to get her distracted enough to feed her and then trying to get her to take naps again, I just don't have time to get on the computer. Hopefully this is a stage that she is in and will get over....SOON. Has anyone had this problem where your baby didn't like taking a bottle?? I have tried every type of bottle, sippy cup even regular cups and she just refuses it. We did a test and put plain water in the bottle and she was fine with that so I am thinking she just doesn't like her formula... but she needs to have formula until she is a year old so I am at a loss on this one. I am going to take her to the doctor and see if he has any suggestions. Anyway sorry for no updated pictures of our family! Thanks for letting me vent.

Bailey's First Halloween

Oh my gosh I love the holidays, and Halloween is the start of it all. I love to go all out for each holiday doing all of the traditions each and every year! This is especially important to me since I have Chris and Bailey to share these moments with. I have so many wonderful memories of holidays growing up and I want her to have even better memories than I did! We had so much fun this year on Halloween. We started by meeting Kayla, Danielle and Tristin for lunch at Hoppers! Before going to hoppers we picked out a Halloween costume for Tristin and Kayla found the cutest pumpkin costume for him. He is seriously a little cutie and the little costume cracked us up!! After lunch me, Chris and Bailey headed over to Grandma Cindy's house to show off her adorable bee costume. Then it was on to Aunt Susan's house to see Susie, Grandma Julie, Aunt Lisa and Aunt Ashley. After that we went to Grandpa Ed and Grandma Linda's house and met up with Uncle Adam, Erin and Brock! What a night it was so fun and Bailey was not fussy a bit! She went to sleep right when we got her in the car to go home! She was the cutest little bumble bee ever! Happy Halloween everyone!
