Christmas morning was so much fun now that Bailey is getting into opening presents! We woke up around 9 and Bailey was still sleeping so we went into her room singing to her. She looked at us like we were crazy people and she wasn't really sure what was going on. My Mom, Aunt and Ashley came over to open presents followed by Cindy, Bob, Adam, and Great Grandma and Grandpa Anderson. Christmas is also Chris's birthday so we met the rest of our family that night at Snowbird's Iron Blossom lodge to celebrate and go boarding the next day.

Christmas Eve
Christmas eve was so awesome. I woke up and made a yummy breakfast for my little family, while Bailey and I danced to Christmas music in the kitchen. Then we were greeted by our mailman with a package from my parents which included 3 presents that were to be opened on Christmas Eve (I had an idea what those were :D) We got ready for Susie's annual Christmas eve party and watched A Christmas Story. Susan's party is always so much fun the kids all run around like wild things while I catch up with my cousins. Lisa and Quin ended up coming which I wasn't expecting so that made me very happy. After all the cousins left we exchanged presents with Lisa, Quin, Ashley, Mom and Susan. We got a new digital video camera that we are so stoked on! Then we went home opened our Christmas Eve presents from Mema and Papa (Christmas jammies...YAY!) watched a Christmas story again and read Bailey "The Night before Christmas." We were all sick so we just tried to relax and enjoy each other.

YEAH!!!
Christmas came early for us this year. The other night we went over to Ed and Linda's house to meet up before going to dinner and they gave us our Christmas present early {which they never do!} Anyway... they gave us a camera!!!! Yeah! Ours has been broken since last January when we went to dinner with friends at Hopper's and it fell off the table. The battery would never stay charged so it would turn off constantly! I cannot tell you how much I have wanted a new camera! Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!! So of course we took a ton of pictures that night.
Right after we opened the camera! I was so excited!

When we got home Chris wanted to see how the camera would do when I take pictures of him wakeboarding or snowboarding, so we practiced...

I got in on the action too!
Then on Saturday we went back to the Parents house for some gingerbread man making! So much fun!

The holidays!
Hey, hey hey!!! Well obviously we are back from our visit to California. I was going to post pictures from Disneyland before going on, but I think it will take too much time so I will just do that later. We have been busy busy since we have been back.
We got back just in time for Thanksgiving! A few years ago we decided to do one house a year instead of driving around the whole day going to the many houses we used to go to. This year we went over to Cindy and Bob's house. It was definitely different... just because no one else went over there except us. I guess everyone else had other places to go and some were sick. A few people came over later so it was nice to see them. It was nice though, with amazing food and we even watched Miracle on 34th street! (One of my favorite Holiday movies.) We were home in the evening and watched more holiday movies as we had our first fire of the season. I am so Thankful for my family, and I was so overwhelmed with love for Chris and Bailey that night. This year has been tough with money, Chris is a Realtor so with the whole market stuff right now, needless to say our income has decreased. We have had to change everything about our spending (No more eating out every meal) :) Even though we are struggling financially, I have so much to be thankful for like: my husband who works his butt off trying to provide for our family, being a stay at home mom to my beautiful Bailey, my family (All of you mean the world to me!), my warm and loving home, my amazing friends, my doggies (even though they shed like crazy and I have to vacuum all the time) our boat and our trailer for all the fun they provided us when we didn't have money to do anything else, the beautiful and amazing jogging path that I have begun to transform my body on and helps me get rid of stress, the fact that I can jog, and my faith in God. :) I do believe that everything will work out for us!
I took only a few pictures on Thanksgiving because my camera is ridiculous and turns off constantly!
Here is Chris setting the table at his mom's house

B was soooo tired (No nap)
She was grumpy so we thought we would do a group grumpy face
Bailey eating the delicious food! Thanks for cooking Cindy it was soooo yummy!
She was reading in Grandma's rocking chair all by herself! So sweet!
The weekend after Thanksgiving Chris planned a birthday dinner for me. Nick, Tracy, Brooklyn, Steve, Dave, Tiffany, Kalon, Me, Chris and Bailey went out to dinner on Saturday then over to the Simon's house to play Rock Band as the kids played. It was a ton of fun!!! I am officially addicted to Rock Band...I love it! (I think Santa MIGHT be getting that for us for Christmas!) Then the next day I went and saw Twilight with my sisters, mom and aunt! I really liked it my sisters hated it! The book is obviously better but I did enjoy the movie. Plus it was so nice to have Cindy babysit Bailey (Chris went dirt bike riding with his buds) so I could actually WATCH a movie... I don't remember the last time that happened???
Tuesday, the day before my birthday, is my Aunt Susan's birthday so we always celebrate together. She took her birthday off work so we could hang out and Ashley just so happened to be sick (HMMM?) So we went to Gardner Village to show Bailey the cute little elves and had lunch there. Then just went shopping the whole day! (FUN!) Bailey was so good all day! Then when everyone else was off work that evening, we had a little dinner at my house and then played Guitar Hero all night. It was so much fun. My family is always crazy and silly... I love it and Bailey definitely gets a kick out of all of us!

On my actual Birthday, Dec. 3, Bailey and I just hung out as Chris finished up his work(He has been soooo busy with work thank God!) and then we took her for a sleep over at Ed and Linda's cute new house. Chris took me to an adorable hotel in Midway. Thanks to our BF Steve for the hookup! It was SO beautiful up there. We went swimming in the indoor pool, and to this old restaurant/bar. It was so fun being alone with my hubby, especially in such a beautiful place. The next morning we woke to beautiful snow falling and went to breakfast. It was such a perfect birthday. I am so happy at where I am at in my life, I actually like getting older as much as I complain about it! That afternoon, we picked up Bailey and then went to Chris's work Christmas party at the Alta club. I love it there, it is so old fashioned! It was fun being with Ed and Linda at the party, they are seriously so much fun. I am lucky that I have in-laws that I get along with so well. In fact, the next day Cade invited us all to the Bayou for drinks, and Chris stayed home with Bailey so I could go hang out with HIS family! HA! Thanks babe that was so much fun!
Saturday Lisa invited us to her work's Santa day. Bailey loves Santa. She calls him "Tata!" She kept pointing at him and staring at him the whole time, so I thought she would love sitting on his lap, but no...she cried! It was cute! I love when kids cry hysterically on Santa's lap. Those are the best pictures. Later that day, my mom came by for a visit and we drove over to "Christmas street." It is a cute street in Sugar house where all the houses are decorated and then another street near it had pictures and the story of Jesus' birth. It was so sweet to take Bailey, she loves looking at the "ights" and it has always been a tradition to drive down these streets with my mom, ever since I was little.
Here is Bailey at Lisa's Santa party! She was obsessed with the candy canes! The next day our sweet little cousin, Brooklyn, turned 2!!! We went over to the Simon's house to celebrate! I can't believe the kids are all turning two! Brooklyn got a cute little 4 wheeler (That Bailey might be getting from Santa. ) :) It was the hit for the kiddos and they were fighting over who got to ride on it! I love the age the girls are at, temper tantrums and all! It is seriously so much fun to get them together. Tracy has brooklyn's room totally set up for them to play, while we play (ROCK BAND!) in the living room. So much fun! They are our best friends (cousin's) so we try to be with them A LOT! Brookie and Bailey love each other too, and play so well together!
Bailey's stocking has an advent calander on the front. (It is giant) So I put chocolate in it that she gets to eat every day. I just have to say she definitely loves chocolate. She tuggs on her stocking as she says "Shok-o-lett" over and over! :) She goes in time out over and over for her tantrums for this one....maybe it wasn't such a good idea? We finally put up our tree and I love it! We listened to my favorite Christmas music as we decorated it. Christmastime is so magical I just love it!
Here are some pictures as we were decorating the tree sorry they are blurry!

Alright so I am finally up to date. Now I can start updating regularly again~ Happy holidays!
