We had yet another awesome Thanksgiving weekend! It started out with taking Bailey on a mommy daughter date night with Tracy and Brookie to see Tangled. That is probably my favorite princess movie now, I laughed, cried, it was perfect! Bailey and Brookie were so excited that it was just us girls they kept hugging each other it was so cute. Unfortunately Tracy and I both forgot our cameras :( but it was a cute memory at least!
On a snowy night we had a cozy fire in the fireplace. I love nights like that. I was practicing crocheting (I am horrible but I really would love to get into it!) and Bailey "read" to us for a good half hour. I got some really cute pictures of her reading, I don't know if you can tell or not but I am pretty sure I am obsessed with her! Haha!

Here is a picture of us at Kayla's house after we finished making our cute turkey shirts...love these girls and boys!
This year for Thanksgiving we spent the day at Ed and Linda's house! We had the best time! We had the most delicious dinner, watched football, played tons and then played cranium to end out the day! My stomach hurt by the end of the day from laughing so much! I love awesome days like that spent with family!
Here is Ed cutting up the amazing turkey he made....Mmmmm it was soooo good!
This is a pic of Bailey in the tub before heading over for Thanksgiving. She is such a goof!
Ed and Linda have a play kitchen in the kids playroom and Linda bought the girls some new ice cream cones to play with...it was a hit!

The kiddie table...
Me and Bailey during an intense game of cranium...which the girls totally whooped the boys at! :)
Friday Chris went snowboarding and I attempted to shop, do homework, clean and play with Bailey's hair...haha! I have been experimenting on Bailey's hair now that its getting long enough to actually work with...
Bailey and Daddy playing some games on the computer...they look like twins in this picture, its pretty cute!
Taking pics of her hair :) it has just been so short and thin forever so its fun to style it now!

Saturday night we headed to Provo to watch the Byu/Utah game and Quins birthday party! It was fun and we were so excited that Utah won!!! (We were pretty much the only Utah fans at the party.)
Here is Lisa dancing... they always end up dancing and singing when we are there! It is a lot of fun!
Lisa and Quin singing together....
Lisa and her friend Megan...
Sunday we got a TON of snow. It is so beautiful! I had a huge paper to write so it was nice working on that while watching the blizzard out my window! My best idea of enjoying the snow!!! Here is the view from my front door...
Here is the deck by the hot tub...

{Giving Thanks}
I hope everyone is enjoying the short week! I love Thanksgiving, can't wait to enjoy an amazing meal surrounded by family, and a weekend of football {GO UTES!} family, friends and SHOPPING! This is our year to be with Ed and Linda for Thanksgiving! I am excited because we are going to bring my favorite game (pictionary) over! I'm sure it will be a late night of fun so I think we will just stay the night instead of driving on the icy roads. Our fun starts tonight though, Tracy and I are taking Bailey and Brookie on a mommy-daughter date! We are taking them to dinner, buying them a Rapunzel princess doll, then taking them to see the movie tangled! How cute! They are soooo excited {and so am I!} This Saturday we are heading down to Provo to hang out with Lisa and Quin to celebrate Quin's 35th birthday and watch the U vs BYU game! Exciting! {GO UTES!!!!} We are also planning on getting our Christmas decorations up and maybe even go get a tree! My least favorite part of the weekend... at some point I have to write a 7 page SINGLE SPACED?!?! paper on organic chemistry...yuck! Other than that I am very excited for a fun filled weekend! We have SO MUCH to be thankful for!!!
I just had to add this picture! Linda put it up on facebook and it made me laugh so hard...Ed is starting to prepare the Turkey for Thanksgiving! HAHAHAHAHA! It is so funny to me because Ed always gets so into cooking, I can just see him getting all of this together, oh my it makes me laugh!
Last weekend Kayla, Danielle and I got together to do a fun little craft, we headed to lunch at chili's (again haha) then Michael's to get supplies then went to Kayla's house and made these cute Thanksgiving shirts for the kiddos to wear on Thanksgiving! They turned out really cute, although we definitely are not seasoned crafters! We were cracking up the whole time over how horrible we were! It was so fun though, Kayla made hot chocolate and we listened to Christmas music! The kids had so much fun playing together!
I didn't get any pictures of us actually crafting because I forgot my camera, but I took a picture of my finished product once I was home! Bailey, Tristin and Camden loved putting paint on their hands for the turkey! We decided we want to make a new one every year!
Happy Thanksgiving!!!!

Grizzly game
Friday night Chris's work had a night out at the Grizzly game! We have always loved going to hockey games so we were excited to take Bailey. We invited our friends Chris and Ang Ottley and their son Kaden. We had so much fun! We had dinner at Chili's then the game. Bailey was sooo into it! When I first told her she could yell and scream she was hesitant but then when she saw me and Chris were doing it, she was all about it! It was hilarious! Chris always says "That's my boy blue!" when he watches football so she kept screaming "That's my son!!!" Oh my gosh we were laughing so hard! What an awesome night with great friends!
Here she is with the Geico gecko...
I love how they are holding hands! Bailey is a little cougar...he is a year and a half younger than her! Haha!
Having so much fun!
She was up and yelling and dancing, seriously she had the best time!

"Little City" aka The Discovery Zone
One of our favorite places to go to is the Discovery zone at Gateway...or "Little City" as Bailey calls it! We go at least once a week to blow off some steam. Bailey just runs around that place like crazy! She loves it. My sister Vauri and her husband Jay bought us a membership in the summer {thank you!!!} so we have been taking advantage! We will definitely be renewing our membership!
