Happy Anniversary Love. Can you believe we have been married 4 years today? Or even crazier that we have been together for 9 years? Wow! Time sure does fly when you are having fun. I remember meeting you for the first time, you sure were persistent weren't you? Thank you for that, I can't imagine a life without you. Remember when we went out for the first time and I kissed you at a stop light in your big white truck and we went to Sugar House park and talked all night long? We were inseparable after that. We were just babies, I was just 18 and you were 19. Remember moving to California together and taking your Grandpa's dingy out on the ocean all the time, or when you made a key to his yacht and we got caught ? We were just two crazy kids! Remember driving all the way to Lake Powell to meet your family and we never met up with them, so we just stayed at Lone Rock together? That was an amazing trip. Or going to Catalina Island, we went para sailing and they started dipping me right by a shark!! We decided to move back to Utah and we had our little apartment at Santa Fe. I had that jeep and you had your bullet bike! Then a few years later we decided it was time to buy a home and we bought our condo. We moved in the middle of December and we didn't realize you had to get the heater turned on so we slept by the fireplace! Remember buying Canyon a few months later. He was just a little puff ball and he would hide under our round chair. Remember when you proposed? You took me to a fabulous dinner at the Grand America hotel and they put us in our own little section. I remember everyone kept looking at us the whole time, and it was really freaking me out. Then when the waiter brought you the check, out of nowhere you were on your knee by my side. That was such an emotional moment for both of us. Remember everyone started clapping and you told me we had a suite upstairs! I was so shocked and I couldn't stop crying. Remember when I was walking down the isle and I couldn't believe how handsome you looked in your tux? That was an amazing wedding, probably the funnest one I have ever been to! Remember we thought our relationship wouldn't change just because we got married? But it did! How did that happen? We were so close, a family, and it was amazing. Remember the times we went diving together? Remember the baby star fish I held and when the guy drew that funny picture of me in Mexico and we couldn't stop laughing! I wish we still had that picture! Remember deciding to move into a home and we bought our house. We loved this house and we have had so many wonderful memories in it! Remember when we were sitting on our porch, drinking a glass of wine together and we decided that we were ready for a baby? We both got so emotional, it was the best decision ever. Thank you for putting up with my crazy emotions while I was pregnant, I definitely put you through the ringer! Remember when my water broke and we were both completely freaked out! You were right by my side that whole day and I kept looking in your eyes as I was pushing, you were so amazing and supportive! Then the craziness of having a newborn but you were always supporting me 100%. Thank you for all of the amazing memories. I love you more and more every day, you are the funnest husband and Dad I could ever choose. I love you so much my love!

Tearful goodbyes
The last day my family was here, we went to the pool all day and then had dinner at the sweetest park that was shaped like a fire truck. Owen was in heaven.
Bailey insisted that slides were involved in the evening.

Gotta love a day at the pool
While my family was here we really, really wanted to go to our community pool. So we went one day and we all loved it so much that we went again the next day. My Aunt Ellen met us with her kids. I love spending time with them so much, but hardly ever get to see them. So that was a real treat. We all had such a wonderful time, so we decided this will definitely be on the agenda when they come for other visits. Even in the winter we will probably go because they have a darling indoor pool as well. How could you not love it here? It is by far the best kid pool I have ever been to. You also have the most amazing view of the mountains, it's only about 5 minutes from the mouth of the canyon. We were pretty obsessed with the water slides and having races for who could go down the fastest. You can bet we stayed until the pool closed at 8! I love lazy days like these in the summer.
