Mmmmm!

So the other day Bailey was eating a banana and she starting going "Mmmm" every time she would take a bite. I encouraged her to do it more of course. She loves doing anything that makes us laugh. Here she is eating some ham. This girl cracks me up!

We heart spring!!!

We are so happy that spring is finally here! We have been having so much fun the last couple of weeks. We met up at Nick and Tracy's new house and took the girls to the park. Brooklyn is so cute she walked up to this slide and just went down all by herself. What a big girl! Bailey is a little afraid of the slide, mostly she just likes playing with the bark!

I have started going running in the gully by my house now that the weather is nice. When we are done, Bailey and I stop by the park that is around the corner from our house and have lunch and tons of fun! She loves being out of the house!!!


So for a while now Bailey no longer will wear all the cute headbands I bought for her. :( So I decided I would try a little clippie in her hair and she didn't mind that! The funny thing is she kind of has a mullet so I can only clip the hair on the side of her head. Oh well it is still cute!


Bailey's favorite part of the day is her Bath! And she really loves is when it's a bubble bath. She is so fun!

Lisa and I went to walmart to get a fan for her bedroom and we went down the toy isle (of course!) Bailey saw this doll and would point and say "That." So we gave it to her and this is what she did. What a little sweetheart!
Another day at the park. We met up with Kayla and Tristin. Kayla and I are both home with the kids during the day so we have been getting together almost every day to hang out.

I went to an appointment and Chris watched Bailey. While I was gone Chris decided to do Bailey's hair! I love this spikey look! It was so cute!

April Fools Day!

Chris always wakes up a couple hours after Bailey and I do, so after breakfast, I locked the dogs in the backyard and then ran into our room to wake up Chris. I told him that our fence blew down and that Canyon, our big Alaskan Malemute doggie was not there anymore. How mean of me because Canyon is Chris' pride and joy! I thought it was hilarious though. I am a bad liar so he was only scared for a split second! Haha! What else can I do to him today??? Oh my gosh I love April fools day!

Easter weekend at the sand dunes!

Every year our group of friends go out to the sand dunes for Easter. Chris and his friends grew up riding dirt bikes together so they really love going. I always love hanging out with my girls with the occasional ride. Nothing is better than spending time with your friends around a camp fire! We love to camp and I am so happy our friends do to! This year was a little sad without Tracy and Candice, but we still had a ton of fun. Bailey got to have a sleepover at Grandma and Grandpa Blake's house, she had such a blast! We came home to be with her on Easter Sunday. I didn't take any pictures on Easter though. Anyway here are some pictures from the dunes...

Brock and his girlfriend Lindsay. It was Lindsay's first time ever camping. Poor girl her first time camping is at the dunes. Oh well at least when we go somewhere better she will really appreciate it!
Gotta love Brocker. He is a part of our family, just like a little brother! The weekend that Bailey was born, Brock got in a serious dirtbike accident that left him paralyzed from the waist down. All the doctor's said he would never walk again. Brock proved them all wrong though, and he is walking now! He is pretty amazing!

Tiffany, Lisa and me hanging out by the fire. We always have so much fun together! Tiff and Dave have a son, Kalon, who is 6 months older than Bailey and they already bought him a dirt bike. It is so cute. Dave has raced dirt bikes his entire life so he wants Kalon to do the same. Chris used to race and thinks he is going to buy Bailey a dirt bike or a 4 wheeler in pink of course. The kids didn't come with us on this trip but we are planning another camping trip in a couple of weeks with all the kiddos.

Bailey loves to dance!

Bailey dances all the time now. We finally caught it on video! She loves the show Mrs. Spider 's Sunny Patch on Noggin, the song we are singing is from that show. Sorry about our voices! :) Oh and you will catch a little bit of her walking!

...The big birthday weekend...

Bailey turned one on March 8th so we had a small celebration for her at Ed and Linda's house. We had a great time. Bailey had a blast playing with all the kids that came. Thanks everyone for making her first birthday so special for us. Oh and thank you Susan for taking the pictures.

Now for the cake... we didn't get anypictures of her with the cake just the after math. She didn't even eat the cake just the frosting! Here she is when she was sooo over the cake and just wanted out of the high chair! At the end of this post there is a video of her eating the frosting, well it is really her just trying to share her cake with everyone! She is too cute!
Later that night we headed over to Cade and Janelle's house for his 33rd birthday party!
