...Christmas...

Happy New Year everyone! Sorry it has been so long. After many people's requests to update the blog I am finally getting to it. I am just trying to get over a horrible cold I got right after New Years Eve. Here are the pictures from Christmas Eve and Christmas. We had such a blast with Bailey. She didn't really get what was going on but she did LOVE her presents! Christmas Eve started out at my Aunt Susan's house. She has this party every year with my Uncle Kevin, Aunt Michelle, their kids and my cousins kids. It is pure madness but so much fun. The kids just run wild through the house. Bailey was kind of in shock by it and was very quiet just taking it in.

One of my other cousins daughter's that wanted to hold Bailey the whole time even though she is half her size! :)

Trying so hard to open her present!

After that we headed over to Ed and Linda's house for a party! We had such a fun time. Usually the party is much bigger with all of Ed's family, but Grandma and Grandpa Blake didn't make it up from St. George, so this year we just had a small family gathering which was so nice to just get together and talk and laugh! It was so hard not having Gentry with us this year.

CHRISTMAS!!!

We started Christmas off going to Ed and Linda's house. Then headed home to have my family come over and then Cindy and Bob came at night . It was definitely different staying home most of the day. We used to go to three different houses during the day then come home and get ready for Chris' birthday party. It was such a great day. Bailey loved every toy she got especially this doll. I think she thought it was real or something because when she was by it she would hug it and kiss it and shake her head like she always does when she is excited. Then that night everyone came over to celebrate Chris' 28th birthday! Man we are getting old! Just kidding! I didn't take very many pictures because I couldn't find my camera. :(

...Santa...

We took Bailey to see Santa today! We went in the middle of a snow storm so we lucked out and didn't have to wait in line. The picture they took is a lot cuter but here you go!

Dad Blakes Birthday!!!

It's been a while since I posted because the battery in our camera died in the middle of Ed's birthday dinner, and seriously I have been so busy I just now recharged the battery! I did manage to get a couple of pictures of Bailey with her Gramps! We were so happy that we were able to celebrate Ed's birthday with him. He is seriously the best Dad, Grandpa and Father-in-law you could ask for! He is definitely a man you can look up to. He really loves Bailey... he is always asking when he and Linda can babysit her next. From the minute Chris and I started dating he has always made me feel like a part of the family! I am so happy Bailey will have such a wonderful man in her life! We love you and hope you had a fabulous birthday!! ~Chris, Jen and Bailey. Here are some pictures from the birthday dinner and some of Bailey and her Grandpa Blake throughout the year!

Sledding

We had such a fun weekend! On Friday Nick and Tracy's daughter, Brooklyn turned one so we headed over there for the party! Bailey was in seventh heaven. She thought all the toys were hers and she was pushing her way over all the other kids to get to all the fun new toys. It was a crack-up to watch. Brooklyn was so cute! I can't believe she is already a year old. Her and Bailey are going to have a blast growing up together.

Here is Bailey right in the middle of everything while Brooklyn was opening her presents!

Brooklyn dove right into her cake, what a cutie! Here is the little birthday princess...I love this picture! She just looks so old in it. She doesn't even look like a baby anymore.

On Sunday we went over to IHOP to visit Adam at work and Erin ended up being there at the same time. We all had breakfast together and decided it would be fun to go sledding. So we headed over to this school by our house and took our boogie board and an old sled we found a couple years ago. We decided we need to go buy a tube because ours didn't go very fast or straight. We had such a fun time! Even Bailey seemed to enjoy it.
I have to admit she is the cutest ever!
